Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Fitwards mobile application and web dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.


2. Description of Service


Fitwards is a fitness rewards platform that allows users to:

  • Scan and analyze fitness equipment using AI-powered photo recognition
  • Earn Fitwards (reward credits) through various activities including daily streaks, referrals, and promotions
  • Redeem Fitwards for rewards offered by their fitness facility
  • Track their fitness activity and progress
  • Receive personalized workout guidance based on their profile

    • 3. User Accounts


    3.1 Registration

    You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    • 3.2 Facility Membership

    Access to the Service is contingent upon valid membership with a participating fitness facility. Your facility administrator may revoke your access at any time.


    3.3 Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.


    4. Fitwards Credits System


    4.1 Earning Fitwards

    Users can earn Fitwards through:

  • Completing daily activity streaks
  • Scanning fitness equipment
  • Referring new users
  • Participating in facility promotions
  • Other activities as determined by your facility

    • 4.2 Redemption

  • Fitwards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
  • Redemption requests are subject to facility administrator approval
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Fitwards program at any time
  • Fitwards may expire based on facility policies

    • 4.3 Fraud Prevention

    Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the Fitwards system may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all credits.


    5. AI-Powered Features


    5.1 Photo Analysis

    The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of fitness equipment and provide workout guidance. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are informational only and not professional fitness advice
  • You use all fitness guidance at your own risk
  • Photo analysis accuracy may vary

    • 5.2 User-Provided Data

    By uploading photos and profile information, you grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.


    6. User Conduct


    You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate the rewards system
  • Share your account credentials with others

    The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fitwards and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


    7.2 User Content

    You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display this content to provide the Service.


    8. Disclaimer of Warranties


    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • AI recommendations are accurate or suitable for your needs

    • 9. Limitation of Liability


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any)
  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of fitness equipment or following workout guidance

    We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
